According to Yong Peng MCA head Lim Soon Peng, three individuals couldn't vote this morning because someone had voted in their place. <br /><br />In a Facebook video post today, Lim, accompanied by one complainant, says the complainants have lodged police reports and clearly do not have their fingers marked. <br /><br />"The Election Commission must explain... This may go down in history as one of the dirtiest election ever," says Lim.
