Primary Industries Minister Teresa Kok said help for mental health illness should be extended to the urban poor, as they face a lot of pressure.<br /><br />The Seputeh MP said this on Saturday at The Voices Festival, an event organised by Oasis Malaysia, aimed at destigmatising mental health through empathy, knowledge and work tools.
