일본, 액체 불화수소도 수출 허가…3개 규제 품목 모두 '통과'<br /><br />Some four months after Japan announced export curbs on three high-tech materials to South Korea, Japan has given Seoul its first green light on the export of liquid hydrogen fluoride, one of the restricted materials.<br />Industry sources said Saturday that Tokyo has allowed the Japanese firm Stella Chemifa to export liquid hydrogen fluoride to South Korea.<br />Under Tokyo's new rules, Japanese companies are required to apply for an individual license to export the restricted materials to South Korea, a process that can take up to 90 days.<br />The other materials under restrictions are fluorinated polyimide and photoresist, but they were approved for export in August and September.<br />Experts say Japan's latest move appears to be an attempt to show its curbs do not run counter to the WTO's trade norms. <br />
