Tewkesbury town centre was flooded after the River Avon burst its banks, following days of heavy rain in central England.<br /><br />River levels continue to rise and are expected to peak at over 12 meters above normal river levels late on Saturday afternoon.<br /><br />Schools, roads and a hospital have been shut in the West Midlands, on account of the flooding.
