Don’t skip meals as this may cause the acid to erode the stomach lining.<br />2. Try to eat half a banana, as this helps in coating the stomach. <br />3. Drink 3 or 4 sips of water every 30 minutes to help wash out stomach acid.<br />4. Try to eat more bland foods. And try to limit spicy foods, sours foods and even junk foods like chips or tacos. It depends on the person, but I would avoid them.<br />5. Try to reduce stress if possible.<br />6. Try to eat slowly. After eating, you may take a walk for around 10 minutes or so to help in the digestion. Good luck.
