President Moon Jae-in says he is looking forward to inviting all 10 ASEAN leaders for the commemorative summit happening just a week away from now.<br />In an op-ed contributed to the Asia News Network, a coalition of two dozen major news organizations in ASEAN nations- the Korean president said he believes the leaders will 'join in the journey toward establishing permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula as reliable friends and advisers.'<br />He added that he’s looking forward to in-depth discussions on peace in the region and in East Asia during the upcoming summits.<br />Moon said the Korean peace is closely related to bringing stability throughout East Asia and ASEAN member nations so far have actively contributed in advancing peace through dialogue.<br />
