South Korea and the U.S. will begin a fresh round of defense cost sharing talks in Seoul in the coming hours.<br />Washington's Senior Advisor for Security Negotiations and Agreements Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, James DeHart arrived in the South Korean capital on Sunday,... just nine days after his last visit.<br />He will hold his third round of talks with his South Korean counterpart, Jeong Eun-bo on Monday and Tuesday.<br />Their previous negotiation took place last month in Hawaii.<br />Speaking to reporters upon his arrival, DeHart said much work is needed in order to achieve a fair and equal deal between the two sides... as the U.S. pushes South Korea to pay much more.<br />However, DeHart stressed that he's confident the two sides can come to a good agreement with some hard work,... adding that he hopes his frequent visits show how important the U.S. sees its alliance with South Korea.<br />
