South Korea and the U.S. will hold a fresh round of defense cost sharing talks in Seoul on Monday afternoon.<br />Senior advisor for security negotiations and agreements at the U.S. State Department's Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, James DeHart arrived in the South Korean capital on Sunday,... just nine days after his last visit.<br />He will hold his third round of talks with his South Korean counterpart, Jeong Eun-bo on Monday and Tuesday.<br />Their previous negotiation took place last month in Hawaii.<br />Speaking to reporters upon his arrival, DeHart said much work is needed in order to achieve a fair and equal deal between the two sides... as the U.S. pushes South Korea to pay much more.<br />However, DeHart stressed he's confident they can come to a good agreement with some hard work,... adding he hopes his frequent visits show how important the U.S. sees its alliance with South Korea.<br />
