The Kuala Lumpur High Court on Monday dismissed Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s application to challenge the constitutionality of MACC Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001, which the Umno president had claimed that the charges against him are framed.<br /><br />The former Deputy Prime Minister is facing 47 charges including 12 for criminal breach of trust, eight for bribery and 27 for money laundering<br />involving tens of millions of ringgit belonging to Yayasan Akalbudi.
