North Korea may have sneered at the possibility of holding further talks with the U.S., but South Korea's unification minister is remaining hopeful.<br />After a luncheon with U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Policy, Stephen Biegun, in Washington Monday... Kim Yeon-chul said the U.S. is considering various options to hold successful denuclearization talks with North Korea.<br />Kim didn't elaborate on what those options might be, citing the sensitivity of the issue.<br />This is Kim's first trip to the U.S. since becoming minister in April.<br />
