Residents in a flooded town in the Philippines help each other cross an overflowing river during typhoon Kalmaegi on November 14.<br /><br />General Luna in Quezon was hit by heavy rains which made it hard for residents to go in and out of their village.<br /><br />Footage shows students crossing the spillway with the help of adults while other parents wait for them on the other side.<br /><br />The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said flash floods and landslides are possible in areas affected by the typhoon.
