A synthetic 'fake lake' built by real estate developers in south China causes controversy amongst residents.<br /><br />The bizarre video, filmed in the city of Changsha on November 17, shows a group of people standing on the blue-synthetic-rubber-covered area and taking pictures of it.<br /><br />A resident named Zhong said he thought the lake was funny<br /><br />According to an employee from the developer, they have never planned an artificial lake for the residential community and the fake lake is just a landscape design.
