The opening ceremony of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2019 is to be held at the Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium in Panaji, Goa, from November 20th - 28th November 2019.<br />India partners with Russia this year. <br />The host of the event is Bollywood movie director, producer and talk show host Karan Johar.<br />I&B Minister Prakash Javadekar and Indian cinema legends Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth are the guests of honour.
