Adorable twins Trimble and Twitch have cerebellar hypoplasia but that doesn't stop them.<br /><br />The emotional video shows Trimble and Twitch's incredible journey, learning how to walk in non-slip socks and even learning how to eat and drink.<br /><br />Born in February they were found along with their mother and six puppies in an abandoned home. <br /><br />Soon after they were adopted by Laurie who noticed that something wasn't quite right.<br /><br />Trimble and Twitch were taken to a vet and diagnosed with cerebellar hypoplasia, a disorder which causes excessive shaking and difficulties walking due to incomplete development of the brain. Trimble even needs someone with him 24 hours a day for just basic care. <br /><br />Nevertheless, with a lot of love and hard work, Trimble and Twitch enjoy a full life.<br /><br />The inspirational duo have even found fame, boasting over 524,000 followers on the social media platform TikTok.
