Around 100 vehicles are reported to be stuck due to flooding along the California State Route 62.<br /><br />The video shows flooding on Highway 177 and cars attempting to drive through the damage. <br /><br />The filmer told Newsflare: "Heavy flooding in Desert Center on Highway 177 near Eagle Mountain causes drivers to stop or attempt to wade the 4 to 5 foot tall rivers of water. <br /><br />"At the Vidal Junction and along Highway 62 and 95, dozens of vehicles were reported to have been swept away by the waters with drivers still inside or others trapped.<br /><br />"California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection is busy with rescue attempts of drivers who have been trapped or swept away."<br /><br />The footage was captured in the early hours of Wednesday morning (November 20).
