Good morning. Morning lows have risen compared to yesterday but it's a cold start with the gusty wind. The cold eases up this afternoon, thanks to mild westerly winds but do dress in layers. We can expect much milder conditions on Friday.<br />Morning lows in the central region are in negative territory, at minus 5 degrees Celsius in Seoul, even Daegu seeing minus 1 degree. Meanwhile, dry weather continues in mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province with dry weather alerts in place.<br />Highs will top yesterday for many regions. Seoul at 9 degrees, southern parts of the country will see highs in the mid to upper teens. There will be a fair amount of cloud and sunshine with good to normal air quality.<br />There won't be any major cold snap until the weekend under mostly sunny skies, but nationwide rain is in store for Sunday.<br />That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.<br />
