An animal lover and a cattle farmer spent more than RM13,000 between them to save three cows and a bull from being slaughtered during an auction held by the Johor Baru City Council on Thursday.<br /><br />The cattle were caught roaming around Taman Desa Cemerlang and seized by enforcement officers following public complaints.
