Chinese pensioners were spotted doing headstands while singing at a workout session in a park in central China.<br /><br />The impressive video, filmed in the city of Zhengzhou in Henan Province on November 17, shows several pensioners head standing on their yoga mats while singing Chinese songs. <br /><br />According to the filmer, the oldest people among the pensioners are more than 80-years-old and the youngest one is around 50-years-old.<br /><br />They normally start their workout from 5 am and finish around 9 am.
