A motorcycle rider was forced to fish out his ride after it plunged into a massive flooded pothole on a road in north India. <br /><br />The incident occurred on Pataudi road in Gurugram in northern India on November 18, when the rider fell directly into the giant pothole. <br /><br />People passing by quickly pulled the rider to safety, who to his dismay found that his motorcycle had vanished in the ditch.<br /><br />With the help of a few onlookers he pulled the vehicle out and then pushed it to a nearby mechanic. <br /><br />Eyewitnesses said civic workers had dug a ditch near the Police post on the street to carry out some repair work and had left it uncovered. <br /><br />The bike rider failed to realise how deep the ditch was as it was covered with water that had leaked from the pipes.
