A man alleged to be mentally unstable was seen threatening to commit suicide from the roof of a building in eastern India, until his rescue by local authorities.<br /><br />The incident took place on November 22 in Bhubaneswar city, Odisha. <br /><br />According to the troubled man's father, he had lost his job about a month earlier and went missing, until he scaled a rooftop and threatened to jump off.<br /><br />Fire department and other local officials tried to get the man down with the help of a crane only to be threatened by him.<br /><br />Eventually they were able to talk him down and bring him back to earth safely.
