Residents of this village in northern India were shocked to find a massive crocodile at the bottom of their well. <br /><br />Locals discovered the reptile resting in the dry water source on November 20th in the Gurha Bhopsingh region of Rajasthan state. <br /><br />A team of rescuers from the forest department used ropes to haul the hefty croc out of the well.<br /><br />The animal was later released in a nearby dam.<br /><br />According to local reports, experts say the crocodile probably strayed into the village looking for water.
