Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Minister Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub told reporters after launching the Asian Seed Congress in Kuala Lumpur on Monday that there were no scandals or wrongdoings in his ministry.<br /><br />He said that only the Opposition had been making wild accusations as such. He was responding to questions that the ministry had written a recommendation letter to give a RM1.4bil padi tender to the National Farmers Organisation (Nafas).<br /><br />He also told the reporters to refer to the chief Secretary of the Government a question on whether the ministry’s secretary-general had been suspended.
