The terrifying moment is captured as the landing gear smashes the pavement and creates a shower of sparks aboard an Avior Airlines flight in Bogota, Colombia on Friday night (November 22).<br /><br />"I usually record the landings, but when that happened, the only thing I thought was that the plane was going to explode!" said Jose, the filmer.<br /><br />Jose was on going to Bogota to spend a vacation here when he captured the terrifying moment on the flight from his hometwown of Valencia, Venezuela.<br /><br />"What happened was the landing gear failed because the pilot landed very hard and the right wing's landing gear collapsed," said Jose.<br /><br />There were no injuries, according to Jose.
