Combining his passions of sustainable living and bicycling, engineering student Diego Cárdenas found Bamboocycles in Mexico City in 2008.<br /><br />Manufacturing and designing bicycle frames made from bamboo and carbon fiber joints, his team makes frames for the road and the mountains sourcing raw materials locally.
