Recalled Foods to Avoid <br />This Thanksgiving.<br />Romaine lettuce from Salinas, California, has been linked to 40 E-Coli-related illnesses in 16 states.<br />Another outbreak has led to 75,000 pounds of salad products being recalled and sickened eight people.<br />A raw pork recall in Illinois has <br />been initiated due to the items <br />not being properly inspected.<br />Over 515,000 pounds of pork <br />are a part of this recall.<br />The date range of the affected items stem from November 25, 2017 until November 9, 2019.<br />In Mississippi, plastic has led to nearly 173,000 pounds of chicken fried rice products being recalled.<br />These items have the number <br />P-34708 and were made <br />from July 9 to July 11, 2019.<br />Besides the fried rice, plastic has led to a voluntarily recall of Cheese Nips.<br />The potentially affected products <br />are in 11-ounce boxes and their <br />"best-by" dates range from <br />May 18-20, 2020.<br />Plastic is also linked to a <br />cottage cheese recall <br />of 9,500 pounds.<br />These items are from <br />Breakstone's cottage cheese <br />and have a "use-by" <br />date of December 10.<br />In three states, blackberries from grocery store Fresh Thyme may <br />be linked to a hepatitis A outbreak.<br />The hepatitis outbreak has affected people in Indiana, Nebraska<br />and Wisconsin
