Toronto police arrested a suspect who allegedly dumped buckets of feces on five students. <br /><br />Samuel Opoku, 23, was detained on Tuesday night and charged with five counts of assault with a weapon and five counts of mischief interfere with property.<br /><br />Footage from November 26 shows exteriors of the University of Toronto campus.
