Southeastern Texas Plant <br />Explosion Leads to Evacuations.<br />A chemical explosion set off a fire at the TPC Group-owned refinery in Port Neches Wednesday.<br />The blast blew out windows at <br />homes several miles away, <br />according to the Associated Press. .<br />Three workers were injured at the <br />site and are receiving treatment.<br />Neighbors in the surrounding area <br />were evacuated and all workers <br />have been accounted for.<br />The event is ongoing, but will be brought under control as quickly <br />and safely as possible. , TPC Group, via statement
