Federal Territories Minister Khalid Abdul Samad told the press on Thursday that the current efforts to solve urban poverty are similar to trying to cure an illness with just "panadol".<br /><br />He also announced that the Urban Poverty Eradication Seminar will be held on Dec 5 to find ways to tackle the problem.
