A motorist in Epping, UK, confronts a cyclist that recorded her using her phone while in traffic in August 2019.<br /><br />Dave Sherry notices the driver holding her phone and begins to record the motorist before she drives off.<br /><br />The driver then circles back around, leans out of her window and begins to ask Sherry if he is the police.<br /><br />She then exits her vehicle, leaving it in the middle of the road, and starts angrily questions why the cyclist was recording her and repeatedly asking "who are you?"<br /><br />The pair then meet again later on a main road where the driver pulls in close to the cyclist and begins to ask Sherry for his name.
