Dashcam footage from March 14, shows a mobility vehicle narrowing escaping a crash after running a red light in Rugby, UK. <br /><br />The filmer told Newsflare: "Once the traffic lights turned green I made a right turn.<br /><br />"As I was making my way around someone on a mobility vehicle suddenly comes out of nowhere and crosses the road when they did not have right of way... resulting in me using fast reflexes to hit the brakes.<br /><br />"I was very close to hitting the person but thankfully did not."
