A car narrowly escaped being flattened by a shipping container after it fell from a truck on a highway in eastern China.<br /><br />The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Taizhou in Zhejiang Province on November 29, shows an intermodal container dropping from the red truck after it ran over a tyre that fell from a truck in front.<br /><br />A white car driving past narrowly avoided being flattened by the falling intermodal container.<br /><br />According to reports, the tyre that fell from the blue truck was a spare, but the truck driver did not know of the incident until the police contacted him.<br /><br />The red truck driver admitted that he did not fix the intermodal container properly after being asked by police officers.<br /><br />The case is being investigated, reports said.
