More serious causes of palpitation include heart rhythm abnormalities, such as Atrial Fibrillation and Supra-ventricular tachycardia.<br />3. Symptoms of light-headedness and chest pains may be present. Go to a hospital and Emergency room immediately. These conditions can be TREATED by your heart doctor.
