The government has decided to defer the second reading of the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission 2019 (IPCMC) Bill to the next Dewan Rakyat meeting.<br /><br />Amendments were expected to the Bill which was supposed to be tabled by Ramkarpal Singh, who heads the Parliament Special Select Committee on Bills consideration.<br /><br />The decision to defer the Bill to the Parliament meeting next year was read out by Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Liew Vui Keong on Tuesday.
