A man has been arrested after attempting to rob a bank with an axe in eastern China.<br /><br />The CCTV video, shot in the city of Chizhou in Anhui Province on November 23, shows a 26-year-old man named Pan using an axe to repeatedly smash the counter's glass window at Postal Savings Bank of China.<br /><br />Two female bank employees inside the counter can be seen trying to negotiate with the robber and calm him down.<br /><br />According to reports, the robber was already controlled by bank employees when police arrived. The case is being investigated.
