Appeals Court Rules Trump Must Turn Over Financial Records.<br />The 2nd US Circuit <br />Court of Appeals <br />in New York made <br />the ruling on Tuesday.<br />Central to the ruling are <br />subpoenaed financial records <br />of President Donald Trump from <br />both Capital One and Deutsche Bank.<br />In addition to Trump's tax returns, <br />the records were subpoenaed by the House <br />Intelligence and Financial Services committees.<br />Trump appealed the lower <br />court's denial of an injunction <br />to block the subpoena.<br />Following the court's ruling <br />on Tuesday, Trump's personal <br />attorney indicated a Supreme <br />Court appeal would follow. .<br />We believe the subpoena is invalid as issued. In light of the Second Circuit decision, we are evaluating our next options including seeking review at the Supreme Court of the United States, Jay Sekulow, Trump Attorney, via CNN.<br />The appeals court stated that <br />the banks must begin handing <br />over the documents within one week
