Pretty happy to get this!! Using an IVANKO R-75lb Pancake plate which they still sell today. Oddly enough, even though the thumbs aren't touching the plate, they still get worked hard!!<br /> Preacher Bench DEFINITELY allows more ROM than any other way I've tried.
