Green New Deal activists protest outside Andrew Cuomo's birthday venue in New York

Dozens of protesters gathered outside Andrew Cuomo's birthday venue on Wednesday (December 4) calling on the New York Governor to endorse a tax on billionaires to fund a "Green New Deal".
