A pipeline explosion has rocked the Isheri Olofin area of Lagos this morning (December 5).<br /><br />Footage shows black smoke enveloping the sky.<br /><br />It is alleged on social media that the cause of the explosion was due to vandalism but authorities are yet to confirm.
