Rescue workers prised open a lift to help a 15-year-old girl who was stuck for more than an hour.<br /><br />Boonyisa Kueprakon, 15, took the lift down at the apartment block planning to go to the nearby supermarket in Chonburi, Thailand on Thursady (November 28) night.<br /><br />The girl entered the lift on the fifth floor but it was stuck on the third floor. She tried to compose herself and call her sister for help.<br /><br />The rescue team arrived and tried to open the doors but it was too heavy for them. They had to use the cutter spreader to open it.<br /><br />The teenager managed to finally escape from the lift by crawling out through a gap in the doors made by the rescue team.<br /><br />Boonyisa said that the lift shook for a couple times before it stop but she able to control herself not to be panic.<br /><br />She said: "After I took the lift from the fifth floor, it started to shake a couple time and suddenly stopped at the third floor, after it stopped I hurried to call my sister."<br /><br />Boonyisa's relieved sister Oranee Keuprakon, 25, said she contacted the rescue team and she was worried that her sister could suffocate in there.<br /><br />She said: "I was shocked when my sister called and told me that she was stuck in a lift. I quickly call the rescuers as i was worried that the air would run out."
