Four people are still missing after a fishing boat capsized due to powerful winds on the sea off southern China.<br /><br />The video, filmed on the Taiwan Strait on Thursday (December 5) shows helicopters arriving to save the people on the capsized boat.<br /><br />13 people have been rescued successfully, but four people are still missing, reports said.
