Underground pipe in northern China bursts, sending hot water high into the sky.<br /><br />The video filmed in the city of Tieling in Liaoning Province on December 5, shows a colossal water fountain spraying into the sky and the area being covered by the steam from the hot water. <br /><br />The relative departments are repairing the broken pipe.
