A three-wheeler burst into flames after two children lit the petrol that leaked onto the ground in southern China.<br /><br />The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Liuzhou in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on December 2, shows a boy in a black shirt dipping something into the leaked petrol, lighting it and throwing it on the ground.<br /><br />Then another boy in a white shirt picked it up and threw it to the leaked petrol around the three-wheeler, causing the vehicle to burst into flames.<br /><br />The two boys ran away and nearby residents put out the fire. Two other scooters were also burnt down with the three-wheeler.<br /><br />The three-wheeler owner has reported the incident to the police.
