R. Kelly Faces New Charges <br />Related to His Marriage to Aaliyah.<br />Kelly allegedly bribed a public employee for <br />a fake ID to marry 15-year-old Aaliyah in 1994.<br />The marriage between then 27-year-old Kelly and Aaliyah was annulled a few months later.<br />Kelly was indicted on the latest charge in Brooklyn on Thursday.<br />Aaliyah is referred to as <br />“Jane Doe #1” in the court documents.<br />It is the first federal charge stemming <br />from R. Kelly and Aaliyah's wedding.<br />Aaliyah died in a plane crash in 2001.<br />R. Kelly is also facing charges for racketeering and sex trafficking.<br />Kelly is currently being held in Chicago prison without bail
