'The Irishman' Earns Over 17M <br />Viewers in First 5 Days on Netflix.<br />17.1 million unique U.S. viewers have tuned in to <br />watch the Netflix film so far, according to Nielsen.<br />Martin Scorsese’s mafia film debuted <br />on Nov. 27 on the streaming platform.<br />The film stars Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Joe Pesci and Anna Paquin.<br />'The Irishman' also had a limited theatrical run in the U.S.<br />In comparison, 'Bird Box,' starring Sandra Bullock, had almost 26 million U.S. viewers in its <br />first seven days in Dec. 2018.<br />Netflix has yet to release any information <br />on how 'The Irishman' has performed.<br />The film's long runtime of 3 hours and 29 minutes has likely deterred some viewers.<br />751,000 U.S. viewers watched the entire movie <br />on Nov. 27, according to Nielsen
