PKR president Anwar Ibrahim told his party's national congress today that the civil service shouldn't be viewed negatively due to the actions of a few. <br /><br />He also called on the government to revamp the proposal to set at an Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) to make sure the police force does not feel alienated.<br /><br />The IPCMC will act as an independent monitoring body to receive complaints and conduct investigations on the misconduct of the police force. <br />
