Johor Umno delegate Mohd Jafni Md Shukor spoke in Mandarin at the Umno General Assembly today, with a message of encouragement for BN coalition partner MCA.<br /><br />He said MCA's recent victory in Tanjung Piai should inspire the party to regain the support of the Chinese community nationwide. <br /><br />BN scored a landslide victory in the Tanjung Piai by-election last month, wresting the parliamentary seat from Pakatan Harapan.<br /><br />BN, represented by MCA's Wee Jeck Seng, won by a whopping 15,086-vote majority against Harapan's Karmaine Sardini, who is from Bersatu.<br />
