This is the chilling moment two angry men attack a car with sticks after intercepting it in the middle of the road in the north Indian state of Haryana. <br /><br />According to reports, the incident took place on December 5 in Hisar district's Balsamand. <br /><br />Visuals show the attackers breaking the windows and lights of the car as passengers flee for safety. <br /><br />When some men tried to intervene, an attacker, dressed in a blue shirt, asked them to stay away and even scared them with the stick.<br /><br />The men eventually got hold of the man and hit him with the sticks after dragging him out of the vehicle.<br /><br />The onslaught forced the driver of the car to flee.<br /><br />However, the men were forced to relent after a crowd gathered and stopped the attack.<br /><br />According to reports, the men launched a vicious attack due to a land dispute.<br /><br />Based on complaints made by the victim, Subhash, 37, the police lodged a First Information Report (FIR) against 14 people.
