Trimble even needs someone with him 24 hours a day for just basic care. Nevertheless, with a lot of love and hard work, Trimble and Twitch enjoy a full life.<br /><br />The inspirational duo have even found fame, boasting over 524,000 followers on the social media platform TikTok.
