A skilled street chef cooked "Jumping Noodles" in south Vietnam, by tossing noodles into the air while they boil.<br /> <br />The chef, filmed on June 26, owns a small noodles restaurant in Ba Ria Province, and is famous for his skills at making the dish. <br /><br />To make the dish, the chef heats the noodles in boiling water and then uses a large spoon to juggle them in the air several times. <br /><br />According to the chef, this helps the noodles dry quickly and prevent the from coming off and sticking together. <br /><br />Many visitors come to the restaurant to see the chef's ability to juggle and cook. Each bowl of jumping noodles is priced from $1.50 USD to $3 USD depending on the size.
