Dems Announce 2 Articles <br />of Impeachment Against Trump.<br />The articles of impeachment <br />against President Donald Trump were <br />announced by House Judiciary Committee <br />Chairman Jerrold Nadler on Tuesday morning.<br />They focus on Trump's alleged <br />abuse of power and his alleged <br />obstruction of Congress regarding <br />its Ukraine investigation.<br />We must be clear: No one, not even the president, is above the law, Jerrold Nadler, House Judiciary Committee Chairman, <br />via 'The Washington Post'.<br />Democrats allege that Trump used his <br />office to pressure the President of Ukraine <br />to investigate business dealings of former <br />Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter.<br />Trump is accused of withholding <br />military aid from Ukraine as a <br />"quid pro quo" to further <br />pressure the Biden investigation.<br />Speaking to reporters, <br />House Intelligence Committee <br />Chairman Adam Schiff called <br />impeachment "a question of duty.".<br />Trump's campaign manager, Brad <br />Parscale, released a statement calling the <br />impeachment "political theater," saying "[democrats] <br />don't have a viable candidate for 2020 and they know it.".<br />The Judiciary Committee will <br />vote on the articles on Thursday. <br />The full House of Representatives <br />will likely cast votes next week
